Welcome to BubbaRent (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website or renting any item from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. General
BubbaRent provides rental services for baby gear, including strollers, car seats, carriers, travel cots, and related equipment (“Items”).
By making a rental booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement.
All rentals are subject to availability and acceptance by BubbaRent.
2. Rental Period
The rental period begins on the scheduled delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup/return date.
Requests to extend rental periods must be made at least 24 hours before the end date and are subject to availability.
Late returns may incur charges as outlined in Section 8.
3. Booking & Payment
Bookings must be made through bubba.rent or via authorised channels.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
We accept major debit/credit cards and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of SGD $150 is required for all rental items.
The deposit will be refunded within 5–7 business days after the items are returned in acceptable condition.
Deductions may be made for:
Damage beyond normal wear
Missing parts or accessories
Excessive dirt, stains, or contamination
Late return fees
Replacement or repair charges will be communicated to the Customer before deduction.
5. Delivery & Pickup
BubbaRent provides free islandwide delivery and free pickup for returns within Singapore.
Delivery and pickup timings will be coordinated with the Customer.
The Customer must ensure someone is present at the agreed location and time.
Failed delivery or pickup attempts may incur re-delivery/recollection fees.
6. Condition & Use of Items
All Items are cleaned, sanitised, and safety-checked before each rental.
The Customer agrees to:
Use the Items only as intended
Follow manufacturer and safety instructions
Install and use car seats responsibly
Keep Items in a safe, smoke-free, and hygienic environment
BubbaRent is not responsible for any injury, accident, or improper use of Items by the Customer.
7. Damage, Loss, or Theft
The Customer is responsible for the care of Items during the rental period.
Charges will apply if Items are:
Significantly damaged
Lost or stolen
Returned with missing accessories
Exposed to water damage, mould, smoke, or pet contamination
Normal wear and tear is expected and will not incur charges.
Full replacement charges will be based on the current retail price of the exact model rented, not a generic estimate.
BubbaRent will provide the Customer with the retail price link or evidence before charging.
8. Late Returns
Items must be ready for pickup on the agreed date.
Late returns may incur daily late fees based on the Item category.
Daily late fee = the item’s daily rental rate (e.g., if an item rents for $15/day, the late fee is $15 per day).
Late fees apply per item per day.
Items overdue by more than 7 days without communication may be considered lost, and full replacement charges may apply.
In such cases, the Customer will be charged the full retail replacement cost of the specific item, minus any deposit.
Full replacement charges will be based on the current retail price of the exact model rented, not a generic estimate.
BubbaRent will provide the Customer with the retail price link or evidence before charging.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Before Delivery
More than 3 days before delivery: Full refund
Within 3 days before delivery: No Refund
After Delivery
No refunds are provided once the Items have been delivered.
No-Show
If no one is present for delivery, the booking is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
10. Early Returns
Customers may return items early, but unused rental days are not refundable.
11. Item Inspection
Customers must inspect Items upon delivery.
Any issue must be reported within 12 hours for assistance or replacement.
Continued use after detecting an issue is at the Customer’s own risk.
12. Cleaning Policy
All Items are professionally cleaned after each rental.
If Items are returned excessively dirty (e.g., heavy staining, vomit, food spills), an additional cleaning fee may apply.
13. Liability
BubbaRent provides equipment in good working condition but is not liable for:
Injuries resulting from improper installation
Incorrect usage or handling
Accidents involving rental Items
Maximum liability is limited to the total rental amount paid by the Customer.
Customers assume full responsibility for safe use of rented Items.
14. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Singapore PDPA.
15. Amendments
BubbaRent may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
