We understand that plans change. BubbaRent provides a fair and simple cancellation policy for all rentals.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Before Delivery

• More than 3 days before delivery: Full refund
• Within 3 days before delivery: No Refund

1.2 After delivery or no-show

• No refund once items have been delivered or if no one is available at the location.

2. Changes to Rental Dates

Requests to change rental dates are subject to availability.
Please notify us at least 2 days before delivery.

3. Early Returns

Early returns are allowed, but unused rental days are not refundable.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
