This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between BubbaRent (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the renting customer (“Customer”, “you”). By placing a rental order, the Customer agrees to all terms below.


1. Rental Items

BubbaRent rents baby gear including strollers, car seats, baby carriers, travel cots, and related accessories (“Items”) for the selected rental period.

All Items provided are clean, sanitised, and safety-checked before delivery.


2. Security Deposit

refundable security deposit of SGD $150 is required for each rental order.

The deposit is collected at checkout and held throughout the rental period.

The deposit will be refunded within 5–7 business days after the Items are returned in acceptable condition.

Deductions may be made for:

Damage beyond normal wear

Missing accessories or parts

Excessive dirt or contamination

Late return fees (see Section 7)

Where repair or replacement is required, BubbaRent may deduct the retail cost of repair or replacement from the deposit or charge additional amounts if the cost exceeds the deposit.


3. Delivery & Pickup

BubbaRent provides free islandwide delivery and free pickup within Singapore.

Delivery windows will be arranged in advance.

The Customer must ensure someone is available at the agreed time and location.

Missed delivery or pickup attempts may incur re-delivery or rescheduling fees.


4. Rental Period

The rental period starts on the confirmed delivery date and ends on the scheduled return/pickup date.

Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before the end date and are subject to availability.


5. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

Use Items only for their intended purpose

Follow all manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines

Install car seats responsibly and correctly

Keep Items clean, dry, and free from damage

Ensure Items are not exposed to smoke, pets, liquids, or extreme environments

Return all accessories (e.g., straps, rain covers, adapters, manuals)

Misuse or negligence may result in additional charges.


6. Damage, Loss, or Theft

The Customer is responsible for Items from delivery to pickup.

Charges apply for:

Broken or severely damaged Items

Lost or stolen Items

Missing components or accessories

Water, mould, smoke, or pet contamination

Replacement charges are based on the current retail price of the exact model rented.

This includes providing a link or price reference from an official retailer or manufacturer.

Normal wear and tear will not incur charges.


7. Late Returns

Items must be ready for pickup on the scheduled return date.

Daily Late Fee:

The daily late fee is equal to the item’s daily rental rate
(e.g., if rental rate = $12/day, late fee = $12 per day)

Late fees apply per itemper day, until the item is collected.

Items overdue for more than 7 days without communication will be considered lost.

In such cases, the Customer will be charged the full retail replacement cost of the specific item rented, minus any deposit already paid.


8. Cancellations & Refunds

Our Flexible cancellation policy applies under this Agreement:

Before Delivery

More than 3 days before delivery: Full refund

Within 3 days before delivery: No Refund

After Delivery

No refunds after items have been delivered.

No-Show

If the Customer is not present for delivery, the booking is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.


9. Early Returns

Customers may return items early, but unused rental days are not refundable.


10. Inspection of Items

The Customer must inspect all Items at the time of delivery.

Any issues must be reported within 12 hours.

Continued use after reporting an issue is at the Customer’s own risk.


11. Cleaning Policy

BubbaRent professionally cleans and sanitises all Items between rentals.

If Items are returned excessively dirty (including vomit, food spills, heavy stains), a cleaning fee may apply.


12. Liability

BubbaRent is not responsible for improper installation of car seats or misuse of equipment.

The Customer assumes full responsibility for safe operation of all rented Items.

BubbaRent’s maximum liability is limited to the rental fee paid for the affected Item.


13. Privacy & Personal Data

Personal data is collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the PDPA (Singapore).


14. Amendments

BubbaRent may modify this Agreement at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website.


15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.


16. Acceptance

By placing a rental order, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Rental Agreement.
